Rich, a Charleston native, is proud to serve the people of the Mountain State with his unique approach to problem solving.
Rich has a strong background in people management and logical thinking. His ability to explain the complex legal world in everyday terms is an asset he enjoys sharing with his clients.
EDUCATION
Rich is a graduate of Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Georgia where he graduated salutatorian of his class.
He then completed his undergraduates studies at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia with a B.S. in Business, majoring in Management Science and Information Technology.
He then obtained his Juris Doctor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan graduating with distinction. In law school, Rich was an Associate Editor of the school's Journal of Practical and Clinical Law.
EXPERIENCE
Rich is licensed to practice in all West Virginia State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts.
He has also argued before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
